Amidst the ever-so-popular modern calligraphy script fonts, this free script font is a breath of fresh air!
Don’t get me wrong, I love a good script swirling with extreme thick and thin strokes and delicate curls (like Channel script font) But I love how this Pacifico font takes a more natural approach as a cursive script font. It’s kind of how we’d expect cursive to look if we wrote with a thick sharpie—smooth, velvety bends with chunky curls. It’s thick and gently written, but definitely not dainty or fragile. We love a font that can hold its own! It makes a perfect combining font to the right sans serif. We loved it here with Mensch font!
I love how loopy the “P” and “R” are! Adorbs. Totally enjoying how that uppercase “A” is just a larger version of the lowercase and hey! We always can go for an “E” that’s a backwards 3. Those numbers remind me so much of La Chatte a Maman font! They hold a lot of spunky flair and personality in the tips of the strokes.
