Talk about curls done right. The all caps in this font have tiny little slab serifs and the lowercase type forms have a mix of slab and tiny little loop-dee-loop curls.
This Matilde font is the ultimate of sweet and dainty. I’m loving all the unique type forms—everything from the arms of the “k” to rounded “x” and of course, those tall ascenders and descenders (reminding me of Matchbook). There’s just nothing quite as delicate as ultra thin type.
